Yesterday I was doing the final edit on a sermon and found that I was crying through the whole thing. It did mention Gloria, in part, but it's a story that I've told fairly frequently, so I'm not exactly sure why I was crying through the entire sermon, even the parts that weren't about Gloria.
Then I went to send an email message, and found that my phone, doing autocomplete on the address line, as soon as I hit g, brought up Gloria's email address. So I had another grief burst about *that*.
And this morning I had a grief burst over the word "pentimento," for some completely unknown reason.
It's probably going to be a weepy day ...
