I have one phone, with some data in the account, and, as it happens, it had just become fully charged since I was charging it at the time that the power went out.
The girls have informed me that this is because of a car accident, and a fairly significant chunk of the middle of Port Alberni is affected. Including me.
So, I've got no computers, no internet, no tv, and, even though I've got some books around, of course, I can't read, because there really isn't enough light coming in through the Windows on this dull day for me to do so.
Apparently the power is not going to be back on for at least 5 hours ...
Actually, it came back on quicker than that ... but then went off again, a few hours later. So, when it came back on, I've just been around again to reset all the clocks again ...
