Blocking LLMs?

A researcher has found the Anthropic "magic string" which stops conversations involving loading a Web page.

It is unclear, at this time, whether it can be used to prevent Anthropic from actually reading the page, and addressing privacy concerns.

It is possible that other large language models may have similar strings, and research in this area may be useful.

The string, which must be embedded in a <code> tag, is:
